This summer salad looks amazing to bring to a fun summer BBQ! So refreshing!
Ingredients –
1 cup lemon yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups watermelon balls
2 cups cantaloupe balls
2 cups halved strawberries
Directions –
In a salad bowl, whisk together the lemon yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth, and gently fold in the watermelon balls, cantaloupe balls, and strawberries. Toss to coat, and serve.

If you own or manage a rental, Fair Housing Law applies to you. This class will be an analysis of fair housing law and common challenges. Do you know the federally or state protected classes? Do you have to rent to that large family or those 4 roommates? Protected classes under federal, state and local laws will be covered as well as understanding what “disparate impact” means in fair housing, basic overview of the reasonable accomodations process for individuals with disabilities, illegal transactions that occur throughout the rental process & the fair housing enforcement process.

Danielle Lordi is a civil litigation attorney at Bryant, Lovlien & Jarvis, PC. Danielle’s practice includes advising her landlord and property management clients on all aspects of Oregon’s Residential Landlord Tenant Act, drafting residential leases and notices, and providing representation in eviction and foreclosure proceedings. Prior to working in private practice, Danielle spent four years representing low-income tenants as a staff attorney with Legal Aid Services of Oregon. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for several local nonprofits, including the Humane Society of Central Oregon, Deschutes Land Trust, and East Cascades Audubon Society.
